Travel and expenses

For travel outside my local markets, pricing is structured to be simple and transparent.

Travel day rate: $250 per travel day
Airfare: reimbursed at actual cost
Ground transport: rental car or mileage reimbursement
Lodging: one to two nights when required
Access window: full day minimum, two days preferred

Hosted stay discount

If the property is available for me to stay on site, the hotel portion of travel is not needed.

A $150–$250 credit is applied depending on location and length of stay. You save on lodging and gain more complete coverage in one visit.
